There are times when an item must be returned and we understand that's why we have put together an easy method for processing returns. Please read over the following:

Products returned to BigTackle.com must have a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number. This allows us to efficiently track and process your return. Return authorization requests can be submitted through this form

Please have your order number, or our confirmation number available as proof of purchase when you request authorization for return. Items should be returned like new in original packaging with all accessories included. Fishing gear that has been opened from sealed packaging or used is unfortunately not returnable.

The RMA number provided to you MUST be written on the outside of the shipping package for immediate identification. Without an RMA number, packages can not be accepted. We will provide shipping instructions at the time the RMA number is assigned. RMA numbers will remain active for 30 days from the date of issue. Products must be returned to BigTackle.com during that time. All packages must be sent to the following address:

Terms and Conditions of Product Returns

All BigTackle.com catalog items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the item is returned unopened and in original packaging (shipping charges not refundable). *see special items section

After 30 days, BigTackle.com may accept returns if the item is received unopened and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee may apply based upon time since purchase and quantity being returned. Credit will be issued only after receipt of product and evaluation of condition (shipping charges not refundable).

Special Items
Many of the items we sell require extremely careful handling and can even expire. The following exceptions (subject to change or addition) will always require a 25% restocking fee: Powerbait, Salmon Eggs, Sized Waders, Sized vests, Sized shoes.
